CANCELLATION POLICY:
Out of courtesy to your stylist, we kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Be sure to contact them directly via email, Instagram, or by phone.

In the case that more than 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, the card on file may be subject to be charged up to 50% of the total scheduled service. No call no shows are subject to be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Excessive late cancellations may result in a non-refundable deposit on future services.

REFUNDS:
Services and deposits are non-refundable.

LATE POLICY:
Please contact us as soon as you know that you'll be late to your appointment. As a courtesy, each client is given a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to adjust your service to fit in the scheduled time.
Thank you for understanding this policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artist as well as other clients waiting for appointments.
