I'm a new client, where do I start?

First of all, welcome! I'm so happy you're here. Please fill out my new client consultation form and I will get back to you within 3-4 business days.
How do I book online?

The link below will take you to our online booking. Keep in mind this is an appointment request and must be accepted by the stylist for it to be confirmed! <3 *Please be sure to fill out a new client consultation form prior to using the online booking link if you are booking with Savanna!
Is there free parking?

No, I am located downtown Vancouver and parking is all metered street parking. If you park on the street be sure to download ParkingKitty on your phone!
How far in advance should I book my appointment?

If you have a specific day and time that works best for your schedule, or an event/travel plans that you want fresh hair for, I recommend booking it at least 3 months in advance just to be safe. Otherwise, book when you are ready!
What forms of payment do we accept?

Cash is preferred, and we accept all major credit cards/debit cards!
Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

If it's been longer than 4-5 days or if you have a lot of dry shampoo/product buildup, please wash! If your hair is too oily or covered with product it can affect how color and lightener works. Also, it helps me see your true color when its clean. If you're using purple shampoo at home, please avoid using it at least two weeks prior to your appointment as well.
